Principle Uses: | ROOM FRAGRANCE: Use a few drops in room diffusers, oil burners. INHALATION: Use a few drops in a vaporizer for spasmodic coughs and nasal or bronchial congestion. You can also put a few drops in hot boiling water and inhale the vapors. (Do NOT drink). BATHS: Blend with other intellectually stimulating oils such as chamomile, lavender, rosewood, cedarwood, juniper, lemon, petitgrain, sandalwood or vetiver. MASSAGE: Use in massage with a carrier oil. Cistus is known to help reduce inflammation. |
